Our Story

Our first visit to Honduras was to meet our daughter in law's family. As we traveled the country, we would stop at different Cafes and enjoyed the amazing coffee of Honduras. This is how our story started. We brought home high mountain grown coffee with us, and her family would bring us coffee when they visited Georgia. We soon realized we needed to figure out how to roast our own. Our first coffee beans were from Amazon and our first roaster was the size of a toaster oven. We now purchase direct imported green coffee beans that we buy in bulk and have two commercial coffee roasters. We offer only Honduras roasted coffee but also 7 other origins. We have studied and have been guided by experts to help us create a wonderful roasted coffee.

We learned about how the coffee greenbeans are extracted from the cherry and then dried and bagged to ship. This is a very labor intense process and we are very proud to support the sustainability of the farms and purchase the best beans to roast.
